M A Kodandarama, Founder and CEO
MAK, as he is popularly known, has vast experience (over 20 years) in IT, Semiconductor and Telecom industries in world class organizations such as Wipro, Texas Instruments and Nokia. A pragmatic person with expertise in Product Design, Customer Support, Quality & Environmental Management Systems and Six Sigma, he is a perfect team man to take up any kind of business challenges. In his previous role as the Head of Quality at Nokia India operations at Chennai, he was a key part of the Management Team that established a world-class and the world's largest mobile manufacturing facility within a short span of 3 years. A highly energetic and passionate person, MAK has a very strong analytical and problem solving mind. He believes in strong value system that forms the basic of any organization for long term sustenance. MAK has a post-graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
Viswanadha Raju, CMO
Vishi, as he popularly called, Excelled in fields as diverse as Financial Services, FMCG and Automobiles. Successful Sales and Marketing Career track record of close to 10 years with Tata Motors, Marico, ICICI and HSBC. B Tech & Post Graduate in Marketing (MDI, Gurgaon).
M S Venkatesh Prasad, COO
MSVP, is a highly practical person and has wide range of contacts in the industry. He brings in over 22 years of experience from Wipro, HP, ANZ IT and Yahoo in wide ranging domains. His strong execution experience comes from his vast experience in the areas of project execution, system development & implementation, process & quality. He has been a Six Sigma expert and driven execution excellence in many of his previous endeavours.
Venkatesh P R, Technical Consultant
Venkat is a highly passionate person and has wide range of experience in software design, architecture for scalable web applications & contents. He brings in over 13 years of project execution experience with IT MNCs such as Yahoo, Intel, HP, Novel and Sun Microsystems. Venkat has completed BE from Bangalore University.
Business Advisor
N Muralidharan, Business Advisor
Muralidharan was the MD & VP of JobStreet.com India Pvt Ltd. He launched the India operations in the year 2000 for this Pan Asian portal and in April 2006 negotiated a successful sale of the Indian Unit to TV 18. He is presently pursuing his personal interests by involving with academia, coaching, mentoring and consulting. Murali has a vast industry experiences in leading large organizations such as Informix International Inc as their Managing Director for South Asia, SGI Inc as their General Manager & Country Head, Wipro Ltd as the Vice President for Solutions and System Integration Division, apart from working with organizations like Modi Xerox, Tata Burroughs (now part of TCS) and Bharat Gears Ltd. Murali is a Mechanical Engineer from VJTI, Mumbai and also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management. He is an active public speaker and member of various management associations and professional bodies.

Adhikesavulu is a Social Activist and an Entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the real estate segment. He has successfully executed multiple real estate projects over the last 15 years. His hallmark has been customer satisfaction. He brings in wide range of contacts across various industries from both old and emerging economy. He is actively involved in many social development initiatives locally and supports multitudes of causes. He is also a Director in the Board of prestigious Kammavari Sangham, which operates many educational institutions, hospitals and community halls. Adhikesavulu has been one of the key startup members of Yulop supporting us in establishing the company and bringing to this level.
